That´s not exhaustive at all but these are some points to share how I imagine the work environment to propel good relationship, clear communication, exploding creativity and outstanding results.
The special recipe:
- a recipe of organization
- a good base of multidisciplinary and multicultural team (what ever the number, two could be enough)
- a mug of coffee
- a palette of skills
- a notebook with a special pen
- a dosis of communication
- a double-dosis of passion
- a teaspoon of curiosity
- an other one of empathy
And the finishing:
- a napping of good mood with some nuts of humor
